Assistant Finance Manager

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any other relevant professional qualification
With Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or relevant field
Handling Full Set Accounts & Reporting , assist in the management of Finance Department , able to work independently
Experience in Audit , Tax , Commercial Banking added advantage
Prior Managerial Experience in Finance dept is added advantage

Accounts Executive

Possess LCCI Higher with minimum 5 years working experience
Fresh accounting graduate/part qualified professional encouraged to apply
Capable of handling full sets of accounts under minimum supervision

Sales Manager

Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Possess at least 3 years experience in managerial position in sales, preferable in the two-way radio industry.
Work with Marketing Department to execute effective business strategies.


To manage and lead the Direct Sales Department in achieving the monthly and departmental quota.
Oversees the daily sales operation
Optimize customer retention and new client development

Sales Executive

Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Studies/ Sales & Marketing or any other related discipline.
Preferably with minimum 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, initiative, dynamic and result oriented.


Responsible for the company commercial sales and marketing matters.
Responsible for identifying business opportunities and increase customers network in order to secure sales and able to meet the specific target set by the Company.

Sales Admin Executive

A Diploma or equivalent qualifications
At least 2-3 years working experience in the similar capacity
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attributes are result oriented, dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated
Ability to develop customer relationships
Skilled in Microsoft Office


Assist Sales Manager in Business Planning in developing business strategy and achieve objectives and goals
Responsible to process customer's order
Handling of enquiries/complaints from customers
Generating of reports
Co-ordinate and support daily sales activities

Technical Sales Executive

Technical degree or diploma holders preferred. However, candidates with a proven track record in technical sales will also be considered.
Sales experience in telecommunication products is an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills with good command of English is required.


Responsible to promote and market a wide range of telecommunication equipment.

Project Engineer

Degree / Diploma in the related technical field.
At least 1 year working experience in project management.
Posses a valid driving license and willing to travel.
Good command in spoken and written English.
Able to interact with all departments in ensuring smooth project delivery and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.


Manage and monitor project status.
Liaising with sales personnel and customers on project requirement and implementation schedule.
Ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and successful project delivery according to the company’s commitment and customers’ requirements.
Preparing and deliver handover and commissioning document timely.
Following-up and monitoring of invoicing and progressive claims status in line with project status.
Ensuring delivery and commissioning of project within allocated budget.

System Engineer

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or Radio Communication.
Diploma holders with at least five years of experience may also apply.
Good communication and presentation skills with good command of English is required.


Familiar in administering TCP/IP LAN and experience in networking equipment such as routers, switches and multiplexes.

RF Engineer

Degree in Radio Communication or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years direct experience in planning, installing, troubleshooting and maintenance of radio, trunked radio system or communication repeaters. Knowledge in antenna system, RF coverage planning, link budget calculation and radio interference will be an added advantage.
Those with deep experience and knowledge in related wireless or RF domain would also be considered.

System design and improvement.

RF Technician

Diploma in Radio Communication or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Min 1 yr experience in bench repair or servicing of RF, wireless or electronic equipment.


Module or component level servicing and repair of RF/electronic equipment.
Field maintenance and installation.
Design, fabrication and assembly of equipments.

Service Technician

Diploma in Radio Communication or Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
One-year experience in field installation, servicing or fabrication/assembly of RF or electronic equipment.


Field maintenance and installation.
Fabrication and assembly of equipment.

Senior Technician

Certificate / Diploma in Electronics Engineering / relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a board component repair level environment.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Computer literate.
Possess valid driving license and willing to travel outstation.
Logical approach to problem solving and responds fast to problem encounter.


To be able to analyze faults and propose corrective actions as well perform component level repairs and programming of radio equipments in accordance to the quality standard defined in the technical service manual.
To maintain a proper record on repairs done and compile statistic report on frequent defects/faults.
To be able to manage, lead and train junior technicians and trainees.
To support, participate and be proactive in the ISO quality related activities organized within the division.
Responsible for the TSS Internal Warranty program. (HQ & Branches)
To handle the correspondence with supplier and inter-department effectively.

Customer Service Coordinator

Minimum SPM/ STPM, preferably 1 year experience in the service industry.
Computer literate.
Hardworking and self-motivated.
Systematic and possess a pleasant disposition in attending to customers.


To attend to service/ sales enquiry and ensure services provided achieved customer’s satisfaction.
To prepare quotation and handle correspondence.
To prepare documentation required for the job and any other duties as and when required.
